Postnatal
Classes focus on strenghening and bringing balance back after birth and is a supportive place to meet other new mums and babies.
The classes focus on postures specifically designed for the postnatal months. The yoga postures help your body regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way. Your baby practices a unique sequence of movements that assist in his/her postural development from lying to walking. The classes include special activites to bodd with your baby and connect with other mothers.
Classes are run on the following days:
Monday: 11:00am-12:30pm (from 8 weeks old)
Tuesday: 11:00am-12:30pm (from 8 weeks old)
Friday: 11:00am-12:30pm (from 8 weeks old)
Friday: 9:45am-10:45am (crawlers class)
