This is a Saturday Active Birth Skills workshop for couples. During this three hour class you and your partner will practise Active Birth positions, breathing exercises, massage and relaxation skills that are beneficial and enjoyable during pregnancy and birth. Best time to attend is between 28-38 weeks.
It is recommended that the pregnant woman attend as many active birth yoga classes as possible before birth to enhance the learning experienced in the workshop. Please call the office if you would like to attend less than the 8 week active birth yoga course.
