About Jayne

Currently I teach private yoga lessons at my mountain home in Tasmania. In this practice I employ Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Restorative and Yin styles of yoga. I teach pranayama and meditation to develop awareness of our inherent nature of pure bliss. A life times work will not bring us any closer to enlightenment, that blissful joy is available for us all right now. Yoga brings freedom from mind !

Wellbeing and nutrition are my passion. How we nourish our body and mind affects our ultimate health outcome and the quality of our longevity. My chefs background has evolved to cutting edge, nutrient dense delicious cuisine. I provide wellness coaching, inspiring people to better health, designing menus based on anti inflammatory & anti ageing diet protocols. Eight years ago I became left handed in a near fatal road accident, a life changing event. Being an amputee has reinforced yoga’s quality to bring about a return to balance. I am committed to sharing the strength, stillness and renewal yoga gives me.

About Us:

Jayne has been a chef for 20 years and has cooked for the rich and famous around the world aboard private yachts. She now teaches meditation, pranayama & yoga in Hobart.

Emma's background in ballet and contemporary dance has progressed to a love for yoga. She is a popular teacher in Southern Tasmania. Her practice is a balance of classical and contemporary yoga styles which she offers with warmth, strength and grace.

Retreat prices include beautiful twin share accommodation, delicious nutrient rich cuisine, cooking classes & yoga.
