About Stefanie

i am qualified Yoga teacher as well as a Shiatsu practitioner, Massage therapist, Meditation facilitator and lecturer at Nature Care college with more then 15 years experience. I am very passionate about my yoga and work as a bodyworker. i am teaching casual yoga classes as wellas special yoga classes in sydney. i also run meditation, yoga and shiatsu classes for people with alzheimer disease and dementia
