Course titles and listing copy use terminology correctly. Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma belong to nationally accredited qualifications delivered by a Registered Training Organisation, so a course outside that system describes the certificate it issues or the training hours completed. Yoga Australia may amend a directory listing that uses one of these terms incorrectly. Shared Language and Protected Terms covers the detail.

How long does registration take?
Most applications are usually reviewed within one to two weeks once all documents are submitted. If additional guidance or clarification is needed, the process may take up to four weeks, and we’ll keep you informed throughout.
Can I register online-only courses?
Absolutely. As long as your course meets Yoga Australia’s curriculum requirements, you’re free to deliver it fully online, in-person, or as a blended format.
Do my graduates need a Yoga Alliance registration to teach overseas?
No. Graduates can get insurance in any country with any kind of course, and sometimes the course does not have to be registered with anyone. Yoga Australia’s registration is as valid as Yoga Alliance’s.
What support does Yoga Australia offer post-registration?
You’ll have ongoing access to expert guidance, visibility in our Course Directory, and the credibility of Yoga Australia’s endorsement to support your graduates and your training.
What happens if my application is unsuccessful?
It’s very rare for an application to be declined. In most cases, if something is missing, we work closely with you to provide guidance and support so your course can meet the requirements. Applications are only unsuccessful in situations where there’s a significant gap, such as faculty not holding the required Level 2 or Level 3 membership, and even then, we’ll outline exactly what’s needed so you can reapply with confidence.
What if I have multiple locations?
No problem. You can register your course across multiple locations under a single listing at no extra fee.
Do you have pricing packages for multiple courses?
- Multiple TTC Courses: 20% discount on annual fee for additional paid TTC listings (coupon mcr20).
- Small Schools / NFP: 20% discount on annual fee for YTTs in small schools (fewer than 10 students) or not-for-profits (coupon nfptt).
Discounts apply to the annual fee only, not the application fee. Coupons cannot be stacked.
