Ever since Alison decided she wanted to be a yoga teacher she knew that she wanted people to have the same experience of happiness and peace that she does when she comes to her mat. Very early on in Alison's journey, a teacher suggested that she visualise the clarity of our minds like the sun, with the thoughts being clouds that passed by. Even though the sun might be obscured by the clouds, it's still there, radiant as always. Sometimes we just need to be patient, maybe enjoy a little breeze (or breath), and the sun will re-appear. This stuck with Alison, and Clear Skies Yoga was born.
