My preferred teaching style is Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on restoration and relaxation. I can also teach Asana and Pranayama for beginners with incorporation of Bundhas, Yoga Flow and Guided Meditation. Rehabilitative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Charkras, Kids Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tantric Meditations, Karmic Yoga.

I am friendly and creative yoga teacher that is especially interested in assisting students, community groups, and those experiencing trauma and social isolation.

Soon I will be teaching classes for Salvos Yoga (again) when they recommence classes in late 2021.

Currently I teach classes for marginalised and disadvantaged people at The Salvation Army. These closed classes are only for homeless people, women fleeing family violence, asylum seekers & refugees and people in rehabilitation programs.

In 2017 I completed my Diploma of Yoga Teaching, with the Victorian Institute of Yoga Education and Teacher Training (VIYETT) and have been teaching regularly ever since.

The following year I completed a Trauma Aware Yoga Teacher Training course.

As a Trauma Aware yoga practitioner I can help you to learn how to calm your mind and regain safety in your body. Trauma sensitive yoga can help you regain a sense of empowerment and choice for yourself.
