I started practising yoga in 2015 and since then she became a regular hot yoga practitioner. After years of practising asana, I realised that yoga is not only about the postures but more.
I took on a 250hr & 350hr yoga teacher training at YIMI Upper Brookfield to deepen my knowledge on yoga practise in 2018, which includes yoga philosophy, asana practise, meditation and breathing techniques.
I have always been a very supportive, outgoing and energetic person. Yoga has bring peacefulness to my life. While practing asana, meditation with breathing techniques, I am able to calm my mind and thus body. Through teaching and practising yoga, I would like to build a loving and caring community, help individuals like myself to find peacefulness inside and be healthy.
