This 5 week course is perfect for beginners to yoga or people who want a gentler basic class.

Gigi will  teach many aspects of yoga and stretching.

The focus will be on using yoga and stretching as a tool to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Gigi has training in yoga therapy and is also a practicing counsellor and life coach so you will get a great deal out of her sessions.

This course will teach you :-

  • basic yoga poses and pilates
  • injury management and prevention
  • stretching
  • meditation
  • correct breathing
  • stress management techniques and more

This course IS suitable for pregnant women and chronic back problems.
