Introducing teen yoga with Amanda Pittard. Teen yoga is an amazing way to assist students to learn healthy lifestyle habits and set the foundation for a fit future. Yoga skills help to teach teens relaxation techniques that will help them to deal with the stresses of everyday life. Yoga also improves the body is strength and flexibility, it increases self confidence and builds a positive self image, increases sensory and body awareness plus helps build concentration.
