If there was ever a time to cultivate inner health and to strengthen your relationships, it’s now. I am grateful every day that I have mindful meditation practises that remind me to breathe and sit with difficult feelings of grief or loss, and that equally help me grow self-compassion and kindness.

In my coaching practise during CoVid-19, I have increasingly shared mindful meditation strategies and techniques to support clear decision making, to re-set mindsets, and to grow qualities of inner-strength, resilience and wellbeing.

It brings me a lot of happiness to be able to share these techniques with you through my Virtual Vitality wellness program that has been designed to provide you with ongoing support from me. 

What's included?

  • 60 hours of contact time over twelve weeks
  • 90 minute Pre-retreat coaching consultation to assess wellness and set intentions 
  • 3 x 90 minute mindfulness education and meditation/relaxation practises
  • 90 minute Post-retreat coaching consultation to measure benefits and set intentions 
  • Ongoing individualised 6 week mindfulness program to produce long lasting benefits during this time of isolation
  • 3 free monthly group meditation/relaxation classes
