The course runs over two years with students gathering for 12 face-to-face training intensives at the Yogic Wisdom Studio. These sessions will run from 8:00 – 3:00 from Thursday through Sunday, including.
150 hours of home study.
8 two-hour personal mentoring sessions.
16 hours of shadowing with a senior therapist.
Ongoing guidance and support of their personal yoga practice minimum of six months of one-one supervision of their yoga therapy technique.
