The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is dedicated to helping you establish a solid foundation to becoming an inspiring and skilled teacher. It trains you in the ancient traditional approach to yoga practice and extends your journey into the modern evolutionary pathways of yoga, exploring the richness of the relationship between body, mind and movement. The range and scope of the curriculum is holistic; covering asana, pranayama, meditation, different styles of yoga, lifestyle, home practice and mentorship.

The 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is dedicated to deepening personal practice, refining teaching skills and providing continuity in the journey of Self-mastery in order to help others.

150 hours module Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga: yoga nidra is a state of being in which the mind lets go of the external world and turns inward to reflect upon itself.  It is a state of deep peace, clarity and acceptance.  A simple series of restorative postures performed in such a way as to liberate and promote the free flow of gross and subtle movement; Gross movement related to the joints, organs and tissues and subtle movement related to the energetic network / Prana.  Working actively with this principle of movement activates the inherent healing and regenerative power. Basic breathing methods form one of the essential stages of Yoga Nidra and are effective tools for inducing calmness and clarity in any given situation.

150 hours Advanced Teacher Training: ´╗┐This module includes Therapeutic Elements of Yoga which is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and wellbeing through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga. It provides a balanced mix of theory and practical study, viewing the person as an individual rather than a fixed condition. What stands out about this module is the hand-picked specialist teachers that you will experience a mini immersion with. These teachers have decades of embodied experience, developed and taught on teachers trainings and are international presenters on specialized topics. The synergy of this collaboration will be like no other.
