After practicing yoga for 20 years, witnessing the many physical, emotional and spiritual benefits, I decided to become a teacher.

I have journeyed to India many times over the past ten years, learning from various spiritual masters.

My travels eventually led me to Swami Santhi Prasad and the School of Santhi situated in Trivandram, Southern India.

In the homeland of yoga, a small group of students live in the seclusion and peace of the forest in the Western Ghats to study this ancient tradition in the gurukulu way. From Master to disciple, following the eight limbs of yoga described by Pantanjali in his yoga sutras.

I completed by TTC1 in 2014 and my TTC2 in 2016.
