Clare Raffety, BSc, Level 3 Yoga Australia Teacher, Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, Restorative Yoga Teacher (Judith Lasater Certified).

I began exploring yoga 40 years ago and have been teaching over 30 years and more recently mentoring teachers. I have offered weekly classes, workshops, and have trained teachers.

My deep curiosity and awe of the body, led me to a career as a bodywork therapist (licensed in the Oregon USA as a therapeutic massage therapist and adding acupressure, craniosacral and other modalities to the mix) and from there added some physiotherapy training (before leaving to prioritise the delightful surprise of my child).

With a foundation in non-dual philosophical teachings and a committed personal practice of meditation, enquiry, and body based modalities including yoga, fascial wellness, energetic exploration I am a life long learner and practitioner.

I am passionate about supporting students and fellow teachers alike to live in alignment with the goodness and wisdom of their own hearts and bodies, helping them discover their innate potential to shine on all levels, in all the roles they play in life.

Covid has finally nudged me to record some of the integration and understanding that has evolved over the decades and I offer an online yoga journey, as well as courses. You can check it out on my website.
