I found yoga back in 2007 when a Bikram Yoga studio opened where I was living in London. Turns out bikram wasn’t for me, but over the next 8 years, multiple yoga studios, 2 countries and one baby later, in 2015 I found Ashtanga yoga and my teacher - Alyson Johnson. This time it stuck. It was right and the teacher was right. Over the next 4 years I was a committed student of Alyson and was able to establish a stable home practice. I was fortunate enough in 2018 to become an apprentice to Alyson’s teachings and at the conclusion of 2018, was certified as a Level 1 Yoga Teacher.
I have since been teaching at Thirroul Yoga Shala, sharing the knowledge, passion and understanding of yoga that I was fortunate enough to have passed to me.
I am passionate about sharing yoga as a whole and not just a movement. I am passionate about bringing people together in a community through yoga as a uniting factor.
