I started yoga to 1) get some exercise & 2) satisfy my curiosity (I had always
found yoga a little "mysterious" and often wondered what really went on in those classes).
I've found that there can be both men & women of varying ages & levels of fitness all in one class, yet they are all catered for and challenged to suit their individual situation through variations of the poses offered. The studio itself is calm and very welcoming.
The first benefit I noticed for myself was a beautiful, solid night's sleep following evening practice. The next was how amazing my back felt! I always leave the studio feeling flexible and energised, yet calm and peaceful at the same time. Many more surprises have followed......
