Lisa Blanch is an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), Registered Yoga Therapist (YA),  senior yoga teacher (YA) and yoga educator who has delivered therapeutic yoga across Sydney since 2005. Lisa provides specialist yoga therapy for cancer care in community settings and at the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse centre for supportive cancer care and integrative medicine, The Livingroom.

She also specialises in therapeutic yoga for pain care, stress reduction, and musculoskeletal release through tailored group, personal and corporate sessions. 

Lisa created the YogaCPR programs in 2013 when she identified the need for special populations to access safe, professional and evidence-based therapeutic yoga.  To this end, the YogaCPR programs for Cancer Care, Pain Care and Mind & Body Revival, are designed to empower all individuals by offering simple and accessible practices suitable for everybody, in any circumstance.

Lisa is an experienced teacher trainer and educator, providing specialised post-graduate training to yoga teachers, and education sessions to medical staff on yoga therapy and its place in the healthcare system. She is also an Accessible Yoga Ambassador.
