I have completed my 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Prana House in Melbourne and I love to flow.

I specialise in a unique style that still adheres to the traditional lineages of yoga, incorporating both the Yin & the Yang principles into the practice. 

I love tailoring my classes to include strong, yet soft and gentle poses in combination with flowing movement that is creative, fluid and subtle.

Yoga is for absolutely everyone! It is through my own personal journey that I experienced a profound healing shift. The power of yoga is tremendously beneficial for physical and mental wellbeing. My motto is working with ‘Ahimsa’, self-love and respect, and for the individual to lovingly connect with their own body by moving consciously, with a key focus on body alignment and reunion with soul.

I offer a sacred space where everybody from all walks of life are able to come together as one through movement, meditation and breathwork (Pranayama).

My hope is to create a sense of stillness by fostering the present moment in order to connect with ‘Self.

Creating calmness and a state of tranquillity is an important part of my practices to leave the student feeling centred, grounded, nurtured and empowered like a warrior.
