Hello! My name is Natalie; a lover of the outdoors and the beauty that nature has to offer, I love to incorporate the sense of flow, peace and connection into my practice. 

I completed my first training with Brad Hay in January 2020. Since then I have completed over 500 hours of training in Tantric Hatha yoga, mostly through the ParaYoga Master training, as well as Yin yoga. Before stepping into the world of Yoga teaching, I completed a degree in Applied Science of Human Biology and have taught University and High School students for over 10 years. 

My passion within yoga is finding functional movement for all bodies to improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. I believe that Yoga should leave you feeling centred, grounded and more at peace with the world. Having the opportunity to share this knowledge; combining the Philosophical aspects of Yoga with modern science to stay present and find the joys of life makes my heart sing.

I currently teach several classes each week at the wonderful Change Yoga + Wellness studio in Canberra.
