With a background as a Naturopath and Massage Therapist, Pam has always had an interest in health and well-being and in helping other people improve their health. Pam was always drawn to yoga and its health benefits and started practicing more than 10 years ago. It was initially a physical practice for her but soon she realised that the benefits were much more than physical. As a Mum of two daughters it has helped Pam greatly in her everyday life, in staying present, reducing stress and keeping grounded.  Not easy at all but definitely possible!  

After completing an Ashtanga Beginners course at the Yoga Space, West Perth, Pam knew that she had found the practice that suited her. She has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga ever since, intermixed with some Vinyasa and Yin classes and Pregnancy yoga during her two pregnancies. She practiced with Sharath Jois in Bali in 2016 and continues to further her study of yoga every year.

Pam believes that yoga should be accessible to anyone. It’s a practice of self-exploration and self-compassion as well as physically creating more flexibility, strength and stability.
