A Yoga instructor and Yoga therapist with twelve years’ experience in taking both group classes as well as classes on one to one basis, I have worked both as  a part of a Health care company as well as taking private classes independently. I have been a member of Yoga Teachers Institute of South Australia. Currently I am a member of Yoga Australia

  • To take one to one yoga sessions according to the ailments.
  • Making the practices safe and easy so that a patient with ailments can do them without discomfort especially for arthritis, hypertension, back pain and pregnancy.
  • Motivate them to continue the practice at home.
  • Taking a group class of about 15-20 healthy people.
  • Explaining the benefits and limitations of the asana and meditation practices so as to make the practices safe for all.
  • To take a class for a corporate.
  • Stress more on stress management, light asana, relaxation and meditation.
