I love Shanis yoga classes and have tried not to miss one for the last year except for my trip to do the NYC marathon. We will miss her and try hard to find a different class, but will happily travel to wherever she is to do one of her classes again!
Her classes are:
Always fun
Challenging in a relaxed way I am always encouraged to smile at my toes which I happily now include in my daily life!
Relaxing even her voice is relaxing
Positive and apt her stories talk me into the moment and on a journey at the same time
Best yoga Ive ever done.
Couldnt have run the New York marathon with out it I hate/love pigeons from now on and maybe that even extends to the birds!!!!
Good music both the sanscrit and the future sound of yoga
Always tries to improve, which is hard when its already so good.
Knowledgeable and confident which, especially the latter I have so relied on after my brain tumour surgery and resultant neck problems. She encourages me to feel more out of myself but more than anything she shares with me the joy I feel at how lucky I am to be here
I will miss you physically (weekly) but will never lose touch with such a beautiful accepting person. I hope you are always part of my life.
