There are lots of things to like about Tracy Gray Yoga. For me its Tracy's obvious physicality and commitment to yoga, her humour and inquisitive nature, and her ability to teach you how to get the most out of your own yoga practice without losing sight of yoga philosophy.
Tracy is a great teacher: she can explain not only how to attempt a new asana, but also why engaging particular muscles will limit the possibility of injury. I like that, and have found in her classes that I am more prepared to attempt what I once thought would have been an impossible posture because I trust her instructions and feel confident to give it a go. For a beginner or a more advanced student, Tracy helps you make the most of your abilities while practising ahimsa and being true to your self.
