Private Restorative Yoga Experience, "I've never done restorative yoga before and it was a great experience that I think really made me understand the whole idea of mediation and mindfulness. Bringing yourself into a space where you can unload and look at past events while gravity helps stretch your body and also helps you let go of the events of the day or the week.
It really helps you unwind, while providing that gentle stretch that you might need. Whatever you believe, I think its shown me a sort of self care I've never experience, one of stillness and just being. Wendy is really good at taking it at your pace and also explains and adjusts things to your limits. I'd definitely do another session, and try and practice it at home!"
