Wendy Lim is a recovering stress out Engineer. She personally loves the mental benefits that yoga brings. She considers herself a life long student of yoga and studied a 835 hr / 2 year´╗┐ Diploma in Yoga Teaching in Melbourne. Her current fascination is guiding people though inner exploration in Restorative Yoga. A personal meditative practice that she looks forward to every day with pleasure. Trained as a Chemical Engineer she takes a nerdy approach to the practice and philosophy of yoga. Questioning everything, and applying it to daily life. She finds working one on one with individuals the most rewarding experience and offers a unique and tailored approach to practicing yoga and meditation. Hear her latest thoughts on her blog, where she muses about life, and contemplates ways to train our pesky mind to serve us, instead of making us lose the plot. She calls Melbourne, Australia home but can often be seen galavanting around the world.

Claire Lebek, Nurse / Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher / Chinese Medicine Student, Bendigo, Victoria

PT for the Mind (One to one) Experience, "This was my first experience of a one on one style yoga class after many years of experience and teaching yoga. I found it so incredibly insightful and therapeutic experience as Wendy offers you her care and unwavering presence. I left after just the very first consultation with more clarity, direction and inspiration with a personally tailored home practice, fresh ideas and resources to meet exactly where I am right now. In the 2 weeks following my consultation, I'm implementing the tools Wendy gave me. My life already feels more spacious."

Michelle Lee, Architect, St Kilda East, Victoria

Private Restorative Yoga Experience, "I've never done restorative yoga before and it was a great experience that I think really made me understand the whole idea of mediation and mindfulness. Bringing yourself into a space where you can unload and look at past events while gravity helps stretch your body and also helps you let go of the events of the day or the week. It really helps you unwind, while providing that gentle stretch that you might need. Whatever you believe, I think its shown me a sort of self care I've never experience, one of stillness and just being. Wendy is really good at taking it at your pace and also explains and adjusts things to your limits. I'd definitely do another session, and try and practice it at home!"

Nathan Sherburn, Education Engineer, Parkdale, Victoria

Mindful Monday Newsletter (#askWendy), "Loved this episode Wendy! Thanks for answering my question! Was definitely not expecting "just do the emails". I've forwarded this one on to a friend who I think would find it useful too. ...this really did help. You completely removed that pressure and made meditation feel like a treat rather than a chore." "Wendy has helped me realise that meditation can be fun! I used to feel guilty about not doing enough but now I actually look forward to it!"
