This 50-hour advanced training is offered both online OR in-person, and is offered to qualified yoga teachers with a minimum of 200 hours of training. The training focuses on Yoga for Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Body Image. The in-person training is non-residential with an option to stay at the retreat centre if preferred. The in-person training is run mover several days intensively. The online training runs for ten hours weekly over five weeks.

All modules are integrated from a person-centred, ethics-oriented, social-justice perspective. The course is designed to create deep shifts in the way participants think about yoga, social justice and mental and spiritual health, and support each trainee to be a confident facilitator of safe and empowering spaces for yoga to be shared in the context of challenging personal and psychological experiences in the lives of students.

The online training entails five modules of ten-hours each over five weeks in March/April 2021 (this requires ten hours of weekly commitment, or slower if self-led pace). If you prefer to wait for the next in-person training, please email [email protected]
