I thought Now for Yogas beginners course was a great introduction into not only the movement that we all associate with yoga, but the philosophy behind it and the other tools that you can incorporate into your practice.
Cate has put together a fantastic program and her teaching is enthusiastic and encouraging.
I have learnt that I can do yoga even though my body is not as flexible as Id like it to be. I am learning to not be judgemental of my body and to have compassion for where it is at now.
I have been incorporating the breathing techniques into my daily life, pausing to breathe if the day is a bit chaotic with work and kids, and its been great for helping me get to sleep!
I am ready to embrace yoga practice as part of my daily routine and know I can confidently do so using the Now for Yoga beginners guidebook.
