I believe everyone should have a bit of good quality yoga in their life. It helps with everthing!  I've been teaching yoga to people of all ages and levels of ability for over 2 decades now and it only gets better.  

Please try my class and I will teach you how to strengthen all your deep core stabilising muscles , release your tight areas , lengthen your spine and relax your nervous system. 

 The yoga style is a mix of yoga, Pilates and exercise science. It will help you to achieve your optimal condition. The best thing is that you feel benefits right from your very first class. If you're  interested in feeling as good as you possibly can physically, mentally and emotionally then this class is for you.
