It never ceases to amaze me how even just the smallest Yoga practice can bring about a positive shift in our state of being.

No matter what injury you may have or how time poor, inflexible, left brain, uncoordinated, unconvinced or anti lycra you may be: Yoga has a whole kit bag of tools, one of which will be YOUR key for finding that lightness and ease in both your body, mind or whole being.

My corporate career spanning over 20 years was in the technology sector. Based in Australia, I also worked across Europe, America and Asia, in a number of roles spanning from software engineer, solution architect, channel management and ultimately sales strategy and account management of mid-sized and global companies.

A colleague, as a counterbalance to a work-centric lifestyle, suggested Yoga to me over 14 years ago. When I finally found a breath-centred Yoga class it was a completely new experience! Whilst unable to immediately articulate what that was, I really enjoyed the discipline, engagement of my whole body and the peaceful aftermath of 'Yoga'.

When the opportunity to complete an accredited Yoga Teacher Training Course presented itself, I signed up to deepen my own practice and better understand the philosophy and methods of Yoga.

Now, after many years of continued study and practice in the Krishnamacharya tradition and as a fully accredited Teacher, I come to the mat with three simple mantras: 'yoga is available to everybody', 'the practice is adapted to benefit the individual' and  ‘every class should have a clear purpose and be structured to support the individual achieve that goal’.

If you are looking for a class for a specific purpose, a personal class or two, or simply want a customised practice you can do in your own time, say hello.
