Paula has been teaching 10-15 classes a week since 1999, in Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula. As well as a range of classes, she also runs workshops and retreats from time to time. She fell in love with yoga when attending classes with Devamaya Saraswati, and did her original yoga teacher training with Devamaya in 1998. She then did extra training and Yoga Studies through Satyananada Yoga, Level 2 Teacher Training in 2001, updating with the Satyananda Yoga Teaching Diploma in 2005.
Paula loves all the yoga practices - asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, kirtan, yoga nidra and the different meditation techniques. Yoga has been so beneficial in her own life, but it is still wonderful to get such positive feedback from students who are also benefitting from the beautiful yoga practices.
Paula's longtime partner, Roger, also trained as a yoga teacher, is a Sanskrit scholar and did a Masters degree in Yoga Philosophy.
Paula & Roger have run a regular kirtan group since 1999. Currently kirtan takes place weekly on Wednesdays in the daytime & monthly on Friday evenings.
