Sophie grew up with a mother who was a yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga all her life. Sophie is currently owner and Director of Education for body flow yoga school in Windsor, Melbourne.

Sophie has a Bachelor of Science, with a major in psychology, Certification by the Australian Yoga Teachers Network, is Professionally Qualified in Donna Farhi’s Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, has a Certificate IV in Workplace Training, been a tutor in the faculty for the Advanced Diploma of Health (Yoga) and now runs a team of teachers at body flow yoga providing 30 classes a week, workshops and several teacher training courses.

Sophie has been practicing for 30 years and teaching for over 17 years. Sophie is passionate about yoga and dedicated to the quality teaching of yoga as her profession.  She loves to share her experience and knowledge over yoga over the decades with others.
