Trish is an experienced educator, Yoga therapist and counsellor. She has conducted group classes, workshops and one-to-one sessions since 2007. Trish is a registered senior teacher with Yoga Australia and is a certified Yoga therapist with IAYT and registered with AAYT and Yoga Australia. She is a faculty member of the Enlightened Events Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy. She is also registered with the Australian Counselling Association (Level 1). Trish completed a Master of Education including research into burnout, health and Yoga. She has been a volunteer Yoga teacher at the Cancer Council since 2015 and was a Lifeline Crisis Support Worker.  She has also trained in A.C.T. therapy and has completed the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course. Trish has had articles published in Australian Yoga Life and Yoga Today.

I look forward to my weekly yoga lesson with Trish - It's a friendly and fun way to start the day. Trish gently eases you into the poses that you really didn't think you could do. I go for a walk every day, but that's not enough when you are getting older - it feels great to move and stetch and gradually improve your practice. I can heartily recommend Trish's style of teaching - she is very aware of any sore points you might have - there is no forcing or putting your body where it doesn't want to go. It's a pleasure to be part of her group!
