I have been a student of yoga for over 30 years and graduated as a Gita Yoga Teacher in 1999.

I have taught in many settings which include corporate classes, gyms, community centres, yoga studios & private classes. I provide clear and practical techniques towards gaining balance and harmony and working consciously to achieve greater self- awareness and peace of mind. I can also offer you relaxation and breathing techniques to help calm the mind & body.
